“I had to replace a gas tank and rear brakes and rotors on my car. Christian Brothers was pretty quick at getting me in and very thorough with the photos on the inspection. There was a slight problem with not getting something repaired, but they were quick to fix it and offered to pick me up with their shuttle. Randy was the most helpful person although I understand I don’t know the name of the mechanic my SUV back together overall a good experience.”
“My Sante Fe had to get towed there when the engine seized on 287. They were able to get a replacement engine through warranty. I appreciate the work done, but the customer service could have been better.”

Ben was able to diagnose the issue and found out the issue wasn't a starter motor and it was simple as a new car key. He is the only car mechanic I would trust. “I've been a customer of Smooth ride now for a few years ever since moving into Northglenn. I was a customer of another mechanic shop with no complaints other then driving distance which was around 40 mins away on a good day and a bit pricey. Finding a reliable, inexpensive and trustworthy mechanic is a task but found Smooth ride on line and gave them a shot. Not only are they walking distance from my house but there incredibly inexpensive, detailed, and genuinely good people and mechanics. Phil is very professional and friendly and from my experience honest. They work with my aftermarket car warranty and have yet to give me anything to complain about. Of course you need an appointment as you should but its never too crazy of a wait and so far the work I have had done is always done in a day. I had a fuel pump issue in my 97 silverado, cv axel on my 2011 tuarus and there was never a upsell from Phil is was what it was. On the tuarus he did recommended that we do a break flush because of age and color of fluid, and maybe a transmission flush as well since he was doing the cv axel but didn't push. I went with the fluid changes because we did buy it used and there were no records from the previous owner of them being done. Phil obliged and got everything done in a day. Overall I would recommend and have recommend Smooth Ride to anyone looking for a great fair priced mechanic and have gotten good feedback from the individuals who have used them. Great job guys and thank you!”
“I went to get my 2017 Chevy Colorado AC re-charged, and I could not be more happier with the rate that they provided to me. In addition to the great rate, they had a coupon online for all new customers, so they were able to honor that as well. I called multiple locations to get quotes for recharging my AC system, and they by far were the best deal that I could find around the Denver, CO area. I highly recommend them if you are needing to get anything specalized such as recharging an AC unit, they were great and fast, they had me in and out of the door in just under 1 hour, very impressive and FAST! I highly recommend them, their rates are fantastic and will be hard to beat!”

Boulder Tire got me in same day, repaired the tire even with acoustic foam (which another tire place said couldn't be done). Even though I live in Denver, they were so great I'm going to start having the Independent Motors side service the car and I'll definitely get my tires from here in future.”

“I am beyond impressed with Ram Transmissions. Admittedly, I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I came in for an evaluation on my Ram 2500, as the transmission was starting to give me trouble. Since I rely on my truck for work, I was in a time crunch. To make matters worse, I had issues with my credit card and had to request a rushed replacement. Unfortunately, the bank couldn’t provide me with any interim details to share with the shop. Throughout this stressful situation, Joe remained incredibly patient and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me, despite the challenges.
