“Tim is amazing - a true artisan like you can't find these days. Meticulous and conscientious and HIGHLY skilled. Any type of refurbishing, repair, refinishing, etc....he's the best there is. And the shop is an authentic treasure trove! So many spectacular antiques and just cool old things you'll never find anywhere else. And you can tell Tim loves it all. “I shop at the Arc thrift store multiple times a month. Usually it's later in the evening and the night staff is extremely friendly. Even when I come in later they take the time to show me things in the case never making me feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, and will even help me try and find that special something, but I've been looking for. Kate always greets me by name, and always has something nice to say. Although, sometimes crowded, I constantly see the staff cleaning and straightening up the aisles. Keeping the store, clean and organized for the guest. The donation drop off is easy, and there's always someone there to help you. They even have a food donation area, helping local food banks.”

“I'm leaving this review in defense of an employee who I watched be verbally abused by an apparently-regular customer today. I'm angry with myself for not realizing what was happening while the customer was still there so I could intervene, and shocked the owner/manager lets her keep coming back.
I'm so sorry, Mariana. You were incredibly calm, patient and respectful while that horrible woman berated you. You and your colleagues deserve better, I hope your manager does the right thing and tells her never to return.”
“I like the cool lady with the shaved head and tattoos working the register :) she’s so nice! Got about 6 pairs of pants for my son for $40. Some of them brand new! Go on Saturday for 50% most tags. My son is 13 and grows out of pants every year. At the end of summer, I go and buy him a bunch of pairs of pants from the thrift store when we’re out clothes shopping for back to school. Amazing what you can find and for SO cheap.”
