“Went in because my tire pressure light came on. Tyler N mentioned my tires were separating and highly recommended I not drive on them. Left with 4 new tires. Want to thank Tyler for noticing that separation as we were on our way to mtn. Driving. After researching I feel so grateful ,and now confident with my tires. They always have great customer service. I trust them completely.”

“The team at this location was incredible. They were communicative, friendly, and exceeded expectations with my repair. Not only that, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, there was another customer who came in and was rude and disrespectful from the beginning, and the team didn’t miss a beat. They handled the customer with grace and positivity with a patience that far outlasted my own with the situation. Hopefully I will never have to see a collision shop again, but if I do, there’s not a doubt in my mind that I will be choosing this location.”

“My low tire pressure alert popped up. I went directly to the shop. I needed new tires, but they also found two of my rims bent! They didnt try and take my money. As a matter of fact they reduced the cost of my entire install, tires and rims!! Thank you discount for protecting the customers bank account.”

“I needed to replace a set of wheels back in February. I've been in contact with José on the phone for a while before we met. Because I understand what it's like working for a small business, and because he has great communication skills, it wasn't a problem at all for me to reschedule our first meeting. In fact, it was worth it when he arrived to further assess the wheels. Like on the phone, he explained that wheels can be replaced individually and not in a pair or full set. When further inspecting the worst damaged wheel, he assured me it was the wheel and nothing else that got damaged. While the wheel I wanted an exact replacement for cost more than I realized (I'm new to the wheel market) he offered multiple wheel and tire options/packages equivalent to the cost of said exact wheel. Also, he provided interest free financing options that were budget friendly. Jésus, one of José's workers, did an excellent job of the wheel pair and tire set replacement under admittedly, adverse conditions. Because I forgot to mention a couple of issues with my car that may have made work difficult, I apologize to Jésus. I can tell by the quality of his work that he left undeterred. I also apologize to José, as it took me over a month to write my review. Because the service provided was very professional, I'm glad I finally found time today to write a positive review for Elite Customz LLC. Whether they're new to or well versed with the wheel market, I highly recommend this shop to future customers. Thank You José, Jésus, and everyone at the shop!”
