Everything was cut accurately and designed to be easily assembled. Detailed plans and drawings were easy to understand. Regency definitely has a quality building and stick to a schedule. Ryan was able to answer all my questions quickly and walk me through the ordering process. I have never built a steel building and didn't have to ask any questions throughout the construction process which speaks to drawings supplied and materials used. Our main sales rep, Nick Phillips is as good as they come. Very attentive and incredibly fast. One call into Nick and I have everything I asked for (other than high lead-time items like custom flashing/drip-edge of course) by next day, and sometimes same day depending on how early I call.
