“I came to this hotel right after leaving another Motel 6 because they had rented me a room that was occupied when I used the key to open the dooor, they offered me a room with 1 bed and no microwave and fridge which I had already paid for then they wouldn’t give me a refund, said I had to wait 3 to 5 days for them to return it to the card, I was very unhappy seeing as I had been there for less than 15 minutes. I looked up the nearest motel 6 and drove there. Tiffany in the office couldn’t have been nicer, she was pleasant and very helpful and even offered to inquire with her boss about what I could do about my problem at the other location. They unfortunately didn’t have a room with a microwave but Tiffany again offered to heat my dinner for me which I greatly appreciated because I didn’t want to have to go back out to get food from a fast food place. The room was clean and bright, property looked to be well maintained. My experience between the 2 locations was like night and day . I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you to Tiffany , you definitely have what so many places are lacking in customer service these days and it shouldn't go unnoticed, your bosses are lucky to have you!!”

“Great vibe, cool indy shop. These guys know their stuff when it comes to framing artwork and whatever else you can think of. Art gallery was nice bonus, looking forward to catching an event on the iconic 38th strip.”

“This is a budget hotel, and with those expectations in mind, we were very pleased with our room and our stay. The room is nothing fancy, but if you are only using the hotel as a place to sleep while you explore the area, then this is perfectly fine. The rooms are clean, feature a small fridge with freezer shelf, a microwave, and Kuerig coffee maker with some complimentary coffee pods. The two features that stand out as major positives is the window blinds, which are some of the best light blocking blinds in any hotel I’ve stay at. Very little light comes in, which is great for folks sensitive to light like me. Also, the bed, while nothing fancy, was very comfortable. My wife and I both have an expensive bed and were surprised to find we slept just as good in this bed as at home. The one memorable down side was the shower. While there was a seemingly endless supply of hot water, the shower controls were EXTREMELY sensitive. Half the time in the shower we spent fine tuning the temperature to get it just right.Friendly check in staff and no issue with parking. We also appreciated that they had a night time security guard making rounds in the parking lot.Would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed here before we got r apt in arvada a housing coordinator from wheat ridge (kory kolar helped us) and as we were leaving to move into r apt they were transitioning into housing for the homeless and for others looking for permanent housing, which eventually it was gonna be called The VillaNearby activities: Park right next door to rhe motel so pets.and kids could go play, the motel was really loud by all the drug traffic but since its become transitional housing its very calm and quiet not like it was when i was thereWalkability: Many stores and places nearby to walk to and not to far”

“It is what it is. It's a cheap hotel. Rooms have beds, the TV works, and there's a shower. Pool is nice to float around in and look at the mountains though. Love mountain view right from your balcony.”
