“We have 2 UPS stores in Castle Rock. I have been to both of them. Store #1840 is BY FAR my favorite. I have been seeing them for years. Usually for Amazon returns, sometimes more complicated things. The employees at this store have gone above and beyond. Every. Single. Time. Its not just me. I have watched them over the years treat all customers with respect and dignity. Eye contact. Smiles. Pleasant greetings and goodbyes. They have always been willing to do more than is expected of them.”
“Everyone here is so personable and kind. Kate just helped me close out our PO Box and she made it so much easier than the website. Sonny, Jeff, Kate and Dion are the absolute kindest people. They gave my kids stickers and acknowledged them when they came in. They knew our PO box number when they saw us in person. They were also so friendly.
I never thought I'd miss a post office so much, but I will! Thank you to everyone there for treating us with such kindness and for making a post office feel special and enjoyable. Whoever hired these folks made really great choices!”
“My husband and I needed to come in to notarize documents requiring a quick turnaround. We belatedly realized it required an additional witness beyond the notary’s. We were becoming quite panicked trying to figure out a way to do this with our individual work schedules, the notary hours, and the very urgent reason we needed the documents signed in the first place.
