Apple Aspen Grove is a clean store with friendly and helpful staff. The team is patient and gracious, answering questions and solving problems, including difficult or irritating technical issues. While the store can be busy and service a tad slow, appointments are seen on time. Staff do not try to upsell and provide good advice. The overall experience is smooth and efficient, allowing customers to be in and out quickly. The surrounding outdoor mall is noted for being clean with a big variety of shops.
Hubby just came here to pick up his new iPhone. Seems like he was in and out, and had a great experience.
