“Absolutely love love love the staff at this store. We visited one time and my son lost his phone. We called back to the store Dustin confirmed the phone was here. We showed up back to store one week later to pick it up and Cal was so kind he looked a few times when he couldnt find it at first he helped me recall the name of Dustin who had initally answered out call one week ago and then was able to find it for us.”

“Rick was excellent. Let me walk in after hours, walked me through everything going on with my laptop, gave me plenty of options, didn’t push the matter on anything, and gave me a free consultation. Would highly recommend.”

“What a great find TCC is. Check it out, especially the side room with the great selection of used infrastructure and parts. TCC takes recycling for little or no cost for small amounts.”

“Shipped with Micheal today at Micro center off Quincy and it was a fun experience . We were buying gaming headsets and he was super knowledgeable and great to talk ideas through. We ended up getting the Nova 7x but are already thinking of coming back for the Omni’s! He was very honest about pricing and differences.”

“This Best Buy is the best Best Buy around period. I almost lost my brand new iPhone. Operational and General manager and all staff were told via radio and it was found within a few minutes. Every staff member here is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, on my recent visit my dude Joe, Grant, & Marcus took care of me. They made sure I avoided a mistake and got me in on the correct product which I know is the hardest part of their Job. I appreciate everyone at this Best Buy! Cheers to hardworking associates who deserve a raise!”

“I do not go to Best Buy often, but I must say I had a great experience yesterday. I desperately needed a dehumidifier and they had some in stock. The young lady at the door was very welcoming and informed appliances I was on my way over where I was promptly met by Brandon. Brandon was extremely professional and did his due diligence to ensure I got what I needed quickly. He didn’t even know I was in a rush. Nonetheless, he was extremely friendly, polite, professional. Upper management should call this man. Other store employees also checked in to see if I needed anything…. I must say this is a quality store.”

“I got very lucky and drew Chris at the Park Meadows Geek Squad on Tuesday 16 June. I could not be happier with his efforts in my behalf!!! In short order, he had my new Dell Desktop computer updated with AOL, Quicken, Office, and Trend Micro. He also had a coworker recycle my old Desktop and hand me the Hard Drive! Chris is personable, technically supremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. 'Nuff said!!! It was the best experience with the Geeks I have had to-date. CDH”

“I made an appointment and arrived on time with an uncommon issue I was having with my iphone. First, a shout out to Apple Store rep Jackson. His patience, understanding, and knowledge made for a positive experience. He gets 5-stars. Give that man a raise and a promotion. Only reason I dropped a star with my review is because I was put in the wrong waiting area and waited for 20 minutes before it was discovered. I noticed some others reporting this in their reviews - Apple, you might want to work on better training for staff in this area. But overall a positive experience.”
