She is highly personable, caring, and listened to our needs in order to make great recommendations. She stayed on top of every detail from sales, ordering, keeping us informed of product status, and scheduling delivery. She really made buying appliances for our kitchen remodel a pleasure. Additionally, the guys who delivered our appliances were highly courteous and professional. We are very satisfied customers and happy we selected Mountain High Appliance.”

“I needed a small cheap spring part for my Samsung refrigerator door. I called and asked if they had it. Jerod was able to find it in his system, but asked if I would hold while he confirmed it. He was also helping a customer in the store and apologized to me. He told me he has the part on his desk. I drove down to buy it and he did in fact have it on his desk! Amazing service for a very minor part. I would definitely recommend them for appliance parts.”

“Nate (AHA or NJD) helped me out when the experts at the big box store couldn’t find a solution to my problem (needed to get the drain pipe as short as possible to fit an IKEA vanity) They actually referred me to this store. Nate’s solution worked! I needed a tool that I was intimidated to use but he reassured me that it will be ok. With the tool and the part he suggested, I was able to fit my new vanity perfectly! Thank you Nate! :)”

“This is my favorite location within 20 miles. They always have everything I'm looking for in stock. This is a contractor's depot not a homeowner depot. I found out the smaller locations don't stock nearly as much... The team is ALWAYS so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend this location!”

“Ok...this is just for the person who took the time to fix the issue I had. Yelp is a good tool for all of us to share our experience...I have a chance to be positive so, in fairness to Home Depot. I truly forgot the issue ( my 100.00 plus spreader I ordered never arrived, I only figured they had charged me when I got asked to review the item, then I realized I had paid for a spreader I never got...I have ordered from HD before and they ship seperate), just thought I was out 100.00 plus dollars...that's the direction it went....now, a few months later I get a text saying someone just had seen my complaint and is looking into it if it was still an issue... I texted back yes, he stated ...on it....week or two went by then I get a text asking if they can deliver the spreader. Now, again...this is one member that I comment about....the Yelp reviews say you have a problem in the store...when folks go to Yelp they are angry... meaning you did not do enough to keep them off of Yelp....do you get it? Like the military discount....like just helping (ref Yelp)...Home Depot has always been a place folks complain about having to much help...if folks have to look for help, then something is wrong. Truly I thought twice about Leaving a positive, but your one person did something, fixed something...I applaud this. So, thanks for finding the issue and fixing it. Now, I have security cameras every place in and around my home...I can send you the delivery footage if you wish...but it's fixed....I did not want to tell you I had proof of not receiving the item....that's why I am impressed by your actions.”
