“Had a bathroom urinal valve issue. Salesman HOU was a GREAT help! I brought a few photos and measurements of the problem flush valve. He was able to help correct my issue with a small part and then help me upgrade to an automatic flush kit (Sloan EBV500A). Super easy to install and works great!”

“I was looking for an old corner chain link fence corner post. They did not have them; however one employee was very helpful to search for a scrape metal company that may the particular post I was looking for. I was able to find a pipe section in their yard that I could to use to repair my broken US mailbox post. His assistant was very helpful. He provided an address & phone number. I was able to find a metal pipe that I could make a tool to repair the post, without having to dig the 4 by 4 inch wooden post plus the surrounding concrete in ground supporting the post.
I have been working on this process for several days.”

“Great staff and amazing selection of clothes, tools, farm gear, guns, and accessories! I think they could maybe expand their hardware selections. As an example, they sell lots of pvc pipe fittings etc, but no glue, or if they do have it, its nowhere near the fittings.”
