Beautiful complex in a fantastic location near the river and Mary Carter Gateway trail. Staff is friendly and neighbors have been great. Monthly activities are a great way to meet people.

Justin, Brandon, and Todd the maintenance crew are working really hard to take care of maintenance needs! They got the pool open and it's beautiful! The water is clear and the pool is clean. They work hard to keep the property beautiful and I really appreciate all they do!Also the office staff are very helpful and nice!

The office is terrible at communication and they don't seem to care very much about the lives of their residents. Very disappointed in what could have been a great place. Two stars because at least it was clean on the grounds.
