We have lived in 3 different Apartment complexes for many Years and by Far Dakota Ridge is the Cat's Meow or the Best highly recommend if looking forApartment to Rent. Staff is Great Amenities are Fantastic ??

I’ve lived at Dakota ridge for 2 years and it’s the best renting experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance is fast and usually has the issues fixed within a few hours. The office staff is very friendly and helpful huge shout out to Mia she’s always very helpful and friendly. It’s truly a delight living a Dakota ridge.

Scott has been incredible to work with. My family and I were in a bit of a tough situation and he has been nothing but kind and respectful as my anxiety has made me bug them. I haven’t felt like an inconvenience. I haven’t even finished the process and I love them!!! I wish I could give more stars!!
