The team is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and pleasant, communicating regularly throughout the repair process. They are able to completely diagnose issues, offer fair and complete quotes, and perform quick repairs, often for less than expected. Customers report being saved a lot of time and money, with bills frequently coming in under the initial estimate. The shop gets busy, so repairs may sometimes take a couple of days, but the experience is well worth the wait. Really great first experience with Dettmer this week. They were able to fix my Jeep for a fair price and were very easy to work with. I unfortunately don't trust most automotive places due to past experiences, but I will say that i trust Dettmer and will definitely work with them again if the need arises.
