Like a lot of big banks they offer less services in person pushing online banking. However my experience with US Bank online banking is mediocre. Bill Pay is intermittent in availability although we live in an area where Internet is intermittent and slow.

I’ve been taking my client to get his checks cashed (for his caretakers) for the past few months and I’m always met with a rude bank teller. I went in there today (S Kipling location) and the teller kept asking him questions to see if I was stealing from him. Once I explained why we where to to personally cash the check, I was met with her being condescending and down right nasty. She tried to argue with me why things weren’t getting done her way and why we don’t write the checks to the caregivers personally. I explained to her that my clients handwriting is off and that’s creates confusion for the banks cashing the checks. I understand why 1st bank is concerned about their customers; however, their bank tellers are nasty, condescending and unprofessional. If they would of pulled me to the side, I would of gladly showed them my credentials as being a Business Owner. I will never do business with this bank.I have several different clients and we deal with different banks, I have never been treated like a thief and it was uncalled for and unprofessional.Maybe they thought they saw a young, Latino with tattoos and automatically thought I was up to no good. Maybe next time, stop being so judgmental. I’m a Father, Veteran and Business Owner.

I am extremely disappointed with my brief encounter with FirstBank. A business transaction inadvertently debited the wrong account, resulting in an overdraft. I was oblivious to this until I received a notice by mail stating that my account had been closed due to suspected fraud. I was not contacted via call, text, email, etc. The account was shut down without any notification or even a grace period. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs. I've heard stories like this about much larger banks, but it appears they're mostly the same. Once they have your money, it's theirs and they do as they please.

I give Regina or Regine (can't remember her name exactly) 5 stars, she was kind helpful and worked hard. She was the only one who acknowledged us being there and took her job seriously, she always does when I come in- so thank you Regine. THE BAD NEWS: The other tellers and managers there on 4-20-23 were unkind, slow, had bad attitudes and didn't say anything to us standing in line. It was like we were disrupting their afternoons. Shame on you whoever is the manager at that branch for letting your employees carry a bad attitude and a bad work ethic. Take a lesson from Wells Fargo who treats their customers very nicely, as they understand that they're the ones keeping them in business.

Everyone that works here has to always check with a supervisor to get you an answer. I guess they're the only adults that can make decisions at First Bank. You will have to go in physically to do everything, yes everything. You can't send a small wire transfer via phone unless you jump through numerous hoops. Otherwise, yup you got it, you have to go there physically. Buckle your kids in the car, drive over to the bank, take your kids inside, where everyone stares at you including the workers. Again, they're not allowed to make decisions, so they stare at you waiting for a supervisor. Then, after 45 minutes of what could have been 3 minutes over the phone, your wire is sent. Chase Bank is right around the corner.

Great bank, nice staff, good service. (but I give the CoinStar a 1 star, that thing is horrible, bring back the old coin counter. The reason there is a coin shortage is because no one wants to spend 45 minutes trying to force their change down the chute on that thing LOL)

I’m buying a house in another state and needed a notary, I was amazed that they offer notary service for free because I have my accounts here! I was prepared to pay $275 for this. Pamela was great, and helped me out with this process in a big way!

Casey B. is one of the best bankers I've ever met. He is responding to all inquiries in no time, he's super friendly, professional, and really accurate. He may be the reason to move my business account from Wells Fargo to FirstBank.

Incredibly bummed with my brief experience at 1stbank. I had a business transaction accidentally come out of my personal checking account and overdraft my account.I wasn't aware of this until I received a piece of mail telling me my account was suspected of fraud and closed without my notice.I didn't receive a phone call, a push notification from the app, an email, or even voice-mail. They just closed it with no notice without giving me even 24 hours to fix it.Avoid this place at all cost.

This bank is terrible. I closed an account with them over two months ago and still have fraudulent activity on said account. They don't care if a company has compromised your account and won't do anything to stop them from accessing it again
