I had to go give a specimen for an embarrassing reason and Theresa who works there was very discreet, polite & kind to me. You couldn't ask for a better employee please keep her and reward her. It's hard for facilities in health care to find good staff right now. I am very grateful for this morning!

Horrible experience. I had an appointment and checked in. No one at the desk. MANY people waiting. Tech would occasionally come out from the back and was super rude to patients trying to ask questions. He would not even answer where patients were on the waitlist. Several patients had been there 2 hours. He kept saying there was only 2 of them working. When it was my turn, he complained to me the entire time and even used the "f" word. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning. Avoid this place if you can.

Disrespectful behavior of the lady at the front desk. I walked in on 11/22 at 11:05 am.She was extremely rude when she "explained '' to me that she stopped checking-ins at 11am because she wants to have her lunch at 12 pm!! If that's the case, it should be posted on the company website, so people can plan accordingly. How many complaints/negative reviews have to be posted before Labcorps send HR to this location to investigate the work ethics and behavior of their staff?

I used to go to this location a lot and had great experiences. However, I hadn’t been in a while, and I recently went to get lab draws. I was so appalled by the disrespectful and rude behavior of the lady at the front desk. The woman closed the office 10 min before the lunch break time listed on the door. A person was knocking and the front desk woman audibly said “let them knock, I already closed it” (even though it was still before the scheduled time). When the person knocking eventually got in because of another person leaving (still before the scheduled lunch break time), the front desk woman was so rude and abrasive to this patient, I think the patient actually left in tears.I’m never one to write reviews, but I was so disgusted by this woman’s behavior that I wanted to warn others before they go to this location. Find another Labcorp!

Absolutely one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. The guy at the front who transferred from the cardiology clinic was visibly irritated when I asked him a question about whether they had quantiferon tests available. He then proceeded to tell everyone to not come up to the front desk and ask questions because it distracted him from his work.So who are we supposed to ask questions to? No one answers the phone.I waited for over an hour and 20 minutes, was told it would be at least another 30 minutes because people were going on lunch breaks, and left.Absolutely unacceptable in every sense. This place is garbage, the employees are rude, and I will drive very far away in the future in order to avoid having to get a simple lab test here. Shame on this place. Atrocious beyond description.

It is not easy for me to get around. I am in a back and neck brace after a couple of emergency surgies I had to have. After 3 different entrances I finally found where this location was and when I walked through the door yesterday on September 28th at 3:40pm a nurse immediately began to scream at me to leave that it was too late for me to be seen that day and I should have arrived sooner. Although their hours say until 4pm. I asked her please it takes so much for me to get down here. She said, " no I need to go pick up my kid." Then held up both hands motioned me to step back, when I did she shut the door on me. I didn't catch her name but I do hope that someone is able to figure who it was. This rude woman should not be in the health care field whatsoever. I now have to find another ride again to get blood work done. I am so angry I was treated so poorly. Shame on her to have so little compassion.

Waited forty minutes after checking in before anyone even came up to the counter to talk to me. Several people came in and left after standing at the counter for extended periods. The entire time the employees could be heard in the back complaining about how busy they were, but weren’t doing anything to help the people in the waiting room. Someone who arrived 10 minutes after me was told it would be a 30 minute wait and after I waited for 40 I was told it would be at least another 10-15 minutes. I had to leave to get back to work after fasting for 12 hours and not being able to have any blood drawn.

Very frustrating that they don’t follow the office hours posted outside of their office door. 7:30-4:00. Left work early just to get here on time, got there at 3:45 and they were closed and locked up for the day. This is a medical office, who does that!? People rely on these types of places being open when they say they will be!

Viewed all the bad reviews and felt compelled to post a good one. Front desk person was very efficient and reasonably friendly given the constant flow of traffic. Wait time first thing in the morning was about 45 minutes start to finish and the experience with the phlebotomist was painless and quick. Just can't be in a hurry.

Was here 4 days ago. The hours had changed so I was early. The “fill-in”staff arrived just on time and totally unprepared. The kiosk was not working and no one seemed to be able to get it working. No one seemed to care about wasting patients’ time. Staff was overwhelmed and it was reflected in the care that was given.I was here again today in the afternoon. The door was locked intentionally during business hours due to short staffing. Was able to enter when someone came out. The gentleman working was clearly overwhelmed and as a result unprofessional. I thought he was going to go over the edge after just one question. Very rude. Later apologized…Why don’t you staff your facility so these people can do their job! The patients are paying the price for a poorly run facility.

Worst outfit ever. People are rude. I efficient as it comes. Who wants to start a lab work company with me? Bar is set so low it’s easy entry! Incompetent dolts.

Went to the Labcorp off of Mineral and Broadway. Thought they opened at 7 so got there a little early. They don’t open till 7:30. They (the employees) walked in around 7:33. Totally unprepared. The kiosk thing that you check yourself in didn’t work. There was a line out the door waiting to get checked in. I was the first person in line so checked in first. Nobody seems to give a rip. No one in a hurry to get things moving. The guy taking your blood had the personality of a porcupine. Terrible. How about, “good morning, how are you..?” Nothing. I won’t ever go back to that office again. Go elsewhere if you can.

Center failed to schedule a FedEx pickup for my test kit and get to my doctor. Now having to go through the entire process again and delaying my results because of this centers incompetence.

Similar to other reviews, I experienced very rude staff at the front desk. Both the lobby and bathroom were dirty. Extremely unpleasant healthcare experience, I’ll never return to this location.

I’m super grateful to Jennifer and Randi at this Labcorp location inside Littleton Adventist Hospital. I hate getting blood drawn; it is my biggest fear. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during the entire process. They made sure to place me in a room with a reclining chair, had a fan ready for me for the heat flashes I experienced, had water on hand for me, and even made sure to use a butterfly needle to help alleviate me feeling them filling multiple vials. I will never LIKE lab work, but if I had to do it, I’m glad I was around people who truly cared about my comfort level and making sure I was mentally and physically ok. Thank you, Randi and Jennifer!
