Friendly staff but they should turn away walk-ins if they’re behind on appointments. When I came in with an appointment they were alternating appointments and walk-ins, and I had to wait thirty minutes past my appointment time.

Nearly no wait as a walk in, but more importantly the staff was so friendly! I have a fear of needles and was apprehensive about giving blood, but the two nurses were so sweet and made the whole experience quick and easy. Thank you!!!
