“Spoke with Eric. He informed me that Amazon does not allow you to track their packages. However, if you have a package, you have not received a refund from Amazon yet. You need to call them and give them the date that you sent. The package returned when it was accepted by whomever and they will issue a refund to you. Thank you so much Eric. I dropped off some amazon returns the other day and a personal item I had received with a note card and a pair of earrings had inadvertently gotten dropped off with the returns. I contacted the shop and Chris was SO helpful. He tracked down the returns that I had dropped off from my tracking receipt and went above and beyond to look through all of the returns and found the earrings and gift card. CHRIS SAVES THE DAY!
