PetSmart is a large pet supply retailer offering a wide selection of products for many types of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. Many customers find the store has everything they need and a whole lot more, with very cute toys and good sales. The staff are frequently described as very nice, understanding, super helpful, and the absolute sweetest, with specific employees noted for being super knowledgeable and sweet. The store provides amenities like strong Wi-Fi and a wheelchair cart. Customers enjoy looking at the pets on display, which seem to be in good condition. However, one experience with grooming services was very disappointing and a waste of money, where an employee was extremely dismissive and did not complete the requested service. Overall, it is a pretty good location where people are nice and outgoing, and many highly recommend it for supplies.

They need bigger containers for the fish and an outside area for the dogs that are boarding. They never see the sun or fresh air! Other than that they have a great selection of stuff for animals.
