Had to use a new person at grooming salon since mine left and there was no communication that my groomer left. Paid for luxury pkg. Ears not trimmed or cleaned long hairs sticking out and not removed. Face trim was sloppy and they got razor so close to one eye that it caused a vet visit to clean up area and ointment to heal raw cut skin. Will be looking for new grooming place.

Well stocked store. Plenty of options for food. Good selection of cute toys at various prices. Treat selection isn't great and is too expensive. Also this store is run by teenagers so don't expect much from the customer service. I've never used the vet or groomer. Lots of boxes laying around and the parking lot can be dangerous.

Pretty frustrated that I just paid $90 for my dog to have the shedding reducing bath, nails, hair cut, and teeth brushed. They called and said she wouldn't let them cut her nails which is the main reason we did this to begin with. When I asked why there was no discount if the whole service wasn't complete a lady that I wasn't even talking with rudely goes "I mean... its part of the package we don't do discounts. That's the price of the package" yeah... I know..... I paid for the PACKAGE and didn't get it. It's one thing to say I'm sorry no we can't do that but to be a complete b**** to someone who used your services for the first time ever is wild. Also she is still shedding everywhere...... super frustrated will never use Petsmart again

We were charged for the Halloween packing but did not recieve anything expect the shampoo and was told that we have to pay because of that. My dogs nails were not trimmed even tho we upgraded the package to ensure this. They were not very friendly when we arrived and it was not a pleasant experience. We have had issues here before but decided to give them another chance but it is the same thing over and over! We will not be returning and I advise everyone if they upgrade to make sure they have what you are looking for so you arent charged for things you dont get!

I’ve been coming to this location for about a year to get my dog groomed. My most recent grooming experience has changed everything and I will be looking for a new groomer. To start, Christina who answers the phone is rude and unwelcoming. I scheduled a grooming appointment yesterday starting at 2:30 after I got off of work because it was the only time that worked for me to take my dog. When I dropped him off I let the ladies know that he gets anxious during grooming, I even wrote it on the questionnaire I had completed before hand. When he was dropped off it was clear to myself and to the staff that my dog was anxious, he peed on the tile and his legs were shaking. I had dropped him off around 2:00 pm and hadn’t heard anything back by 5:07pm. I called to check in knowing the grooming closed at 5. The lady who answered stated that all she was able to do is wash him (in the span of three hours) and that he pooped on himself, and because he was scared of the blow dryer she was unable to complete his services. My dog is crate trained so I can only imagine that she washed him, and put him in a kennel to air dry due to him being afraid of the blow dryer and he pooped while in there because of the way he was being treated. While on the phone the lady also made a comment saying “You should schedule him in the mornings if you want his services to be completed same day.” I scheduled at 2:30 because it was convenient for my schedule. In the past I have scheduled him later in the day and the groomer was able to complete his services same day. When I went to pick him up I was letting one of the girls know who I was there to pick up and another employee snarkily commented “That’s the dog I had to dismiss.” I was annoyed and frustrated so I got my dog and left. I have brought my dog here many times and have never had any problems, but when I attempt to try a new groomer they are all of a sudden unable to complete my services. The way my dog and myself were treated by PetSmart Grooming employees is unacceptable. I feel that this experience could have and should have been prevented. I also do not understand why I wasn’t made aware of the situation until I had called passed their closing time. I used to encourage all my dog mom friends to bring their dogs here to get groomed but I no longer will be. The majority of the grooming staff here is not kind, they do not have great time management skills and I do not plan on ever scheduling another grooming appointment. Every dog has different needs and behaviors, as a groomer that is something that should be widely known. It shouldn’t factor into your ability to do your job. And if you decide to be a groomer then you should enjoy working with animals and not be annoyed with them when they show signs of anxiety. I did go back for a different groomer named Brooklyn to finish his services and she did a great job and was sweet and patient with my dog. I still will not be returning but I do thank and appreciate Brooklyn. There will be no Brooklyn slander here.

Saw a cat twice yesterday that I was interested in adopting. Unfortunately I couldn't get any help either time I was there. Quite obviously understaffed.
Apparently she was adopted today. I'm extremely unhappy.

I took my 16 week old Goldendoodle, Samson in for his first cut, and Caitlin M. was his groomer. I have to admit at first I was skeptical about taking him here, but upon meeting Caitlin, I quickly changed how I was feeling. She was super nice, knowledgable, and very professional which gave me a sense of ease and confidence in her skills. Samson turned out exactly how I wanted him to, even with him giving her a little trouble. I would definitely recommend going to her. 10/10!
