We drove 40 minutes to our scheduled grooming appointment only to be told a new vaccine was required and our dogs couldn’t be groomed, without being notified beforehand. We booked over the phone and it wasn’t mentioned. As long time Banfield and Grooming customers, it was a disappointing experience.
