I can't say enough good things about Heidi and her prenatal yoga classes! I'm so glad to have attended prenatal yoga for 16-38 weeks, and look forward to attending the mama and babe classes!

This is was my favorite part of the week- pre natal yoga with Heidi and other mommas! It brought me so much peace and relaxation and it was a good workout! ��
