“I had a good experience overall! Great customer service, friendly and responsive team. They diagnosed my wheel bearing suspicion accurately and fixed it quickly. Which other shops miss diagnosed. The car drives great now!
Only feedback, I was advised to get a $150 alignment, but since no suspension parts were touched as far as I know, I wasn’t sure it was necessary. I went ahead with it for peace of mind but would’ve appreciated more context on whether any suspension components were actually affected.
Edit: I've used this shop many times now and am very satisfied!”

She took the time to explain to me the issues my brakes had as well as giving me a quote for a repair. I would definitely come back thanks to the great customer service Hope provided!”

“My experience with Toy Automative was awesome. I needed to get my both differentials and CVT fluid replaced in my 2020 Outback XT and they had the most competitive pricing out of about 8 shops that I spoke too.
They provided me with an accurate quote ahead of time and when I brought the car in to have the work done, they we're extremely transparent and had my best interest in mind, not theirs.
They identified a small leak at the front of my transmission and called me to have me reach out to the dealer to see if this would be a warranty fix, and IT WAS. Their proactive concern saved me about $400 and the dealer will fix and replace fluid for free.
They also identified an issue with the engine drain plug and recommended I handle this before I take it into the dealer to avoid that voiding my warranty work.
Overall, very happy with my experience! Super nice staff.”

“I was driving my parents on C470 for a little vacation in the mountains when their car starting making noises. I pulled off & Coloradoland was right there. Jeff told us they had a full schedule that day, but he'd try to fit us in. It was raining out, but my parents, my dog, and I sat in their lobby for an hour or so, then he came out, told us he'd found a full fix with parts they had on hand... no worries, no cost, and he hoped we'd enjoy our vacation. I don't know what it was. Something under the car was scraping the ground, but we knew it wasn't drivable. We felt like he gave us a miracle.”

“I was towed in with a flat tire. The customer service rep came out and looked at my tires, and told me what I already knew, that I would need tires before end of the summer. My tire options and pricing were clearly explained to me and all of my questions answered. The pricing was reasonable; this is not the first set I had purchased for this vehicle and the price was well within what I had expected to pay for a new set. The new tires were purchased and on my vehicle within the hour and I was on my way. As it turned out, the flat was not repairable. Thank you so much for the great service.”
“We took our trailer there to get all new tires. They were great, super easy, not pushy at all. So when I ran over a screw I took my jeep to them. It was a slow leak was able to get it to their Littleton location on Bowles. I was in a huge hurry, on my way to a funeral. Thankfully my boyfriend was able to pick me up on the way. They got me in and out super quick to drop off my jeep. Then texted me when everything was fixed. I was expecting a bill and they said nope, repair is free. Customer service was great. I will be back for sure.”
“Jeff and Devin at EAS have proven to be HONEST and responsible. After a repair job on a transmission seal, my van continued to have a leak. I authorized additional work that could have cost thousands. As they again disassembled the axle seal, they determind their tech had failed to reassemble the original job correctly. They easily could have proceeded with the unnecessary repair but instead HONESTLY admitted the techs error and completed the original job correctly AND reimbursed me 100% for the original repair costs. THANK YOU JEFF AND DEVIN!”

Always honest advice amd recommendations. I had a pair of heavily discounted wheels transfered to this store from another location. The set was missing a center cap. Not a huge deal I could have found one online. But this guy orders a new set of caps from ebay for me and let's me know when to come pick them up. “I don't think sams club bakery gets the recognition it deserves but wanted to take the time to leve 5 stars! Typically I get birthday cakes from King Soopers or Walmart and they're expensive and dry. I ordered the Disney Princess 10 inch cake and the cupcakes. They turned out really pretty! I got the cake in chocolate & cupcakes mixed. I was hesitant to oder a chocolate cake because usually they turn out so dry. This cake is going on day 3 and is still moist! Thank you to the baker who made these because we will definitely be ordering items again.”

I brought in my car after having a 3 year old tire go flat. I had recently put on the spare and all of my tools were scattered in the back of my car.
Sam’s club staff fixed the flat, rotated the tires, and nearly stowed my spare and tools back into the car, which I hadn’t expected or asked for.
Excellent staff and service, they went above and beyond. It was also $0 since I purchased the original tires at Sam’s. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for tires in the future.”
“The employees at this Firestone location have been amazing with all my tire needs. Coming from somebody who doesn't know much about cars, they were sure to walk me through any issues and show me the parts I needed, and make sure I wanted the services done before doing it. 2 weeks later, I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it right up no issues at all. I will be returning for other services on my Jeep when needed and I definitely recommend this location!”
“I ordered my tires online and as soon as they were delivered to the warehouse, the tire center called me to schedule my appointment. I didn’t even have to call them. It was great! Had my new tires put on yesterday! Customer service is amazing and they were pretty quick! I’ve been to places where you have to dispose of your own tires as well, but Costco takes care of that for you! I will be getting my tires here from now on!”
