Spoke with Eric. He informed me that Amazon does not allow you to track their packages. However, if you have a package, you have not received a refund from Amazon yet. You need to call them and give them the date that you sent. The package returned when it was accepted by whomever and they will issue a refund to you. Thank you so much Eric. You've been a great help man. I highly recommend this store. They are very friendly. The music is awesome
