I’ve been home all morning waiting for an important package that was already delayed once only to find a notice in my mailbox that they couldn’t get ahold of me to deliver said package. This package does not require a signature and Brad, our “wonderful” mail carrier, never even bothered knocking on my door. USPS has got to be the laziest bunch of people around.

I am extremely disappointed with the overall operation of this mail delivery service. While I understand that mistakes can happen and people are only human, the work ethic and behavior of this particular branch, including my individual carrier, have been completely unacceptable.I find it frustrating that I cannot rely on my mail being delivered as expected. It seems like I spend three days a week commuting to the post office to rectify their mistakes or retrieve packages that were not delivered. It's disheartening that there is no alternative choice for mail delivery in this area.If I ever have the opportunity to move, I will definitely make sure to choose a different jurisdiction, as the service here is simply that bad.

Not sure I understand how some businesses function with no common sense?.....so I have 2 packages I've been waiting on for delivery. I got notification that they were delivered a day apart, but nothing in my mailbox. Looking into it further, my roommate had a package delivered where the sender left out our unit number, so the post office put a note in our mail box saying it was going to be left at the post office and he had to pick it up himself.......when he did he was told there were a bunch of other packages along with it. So you lied about delivering my packages and just left them along with a few others to be picked up all at once......eventhough only ONE out of the 4 did NOT have the unit number.First of all.....if you knew what mail box to put the notice in, why didn't you just leave his package? Even still when a bunch if other packages started to build up at the post office WITH unit numbers, obviously the package with missing unit number was the same?Second, why does that affect my packages? And why lie about delivering them quote, "to or at my mailbox"I work same hours as the post office, your going to make me miss out on work because you are all too lazy to do your job. Must be nice

They’ve been returning our mail because they claim we’re not getting our mail. Our mailbox is literally empty. They’re not even delivering packages and returning them, even though the packages don’t fit in the mailbox and need to be delivered another way. I’ve never dealt with this level of bad service from a USPS location. We’ve filed a formal complaint. If you’re having problems like this, you should too.

They don't honor electronic receipts for returns. I don't understand why I was given the option in the first place.

I have been at my current address for three years now and have constantly had to deal with my mail being delivered to the wrong address. I have made multiple complaints over the years and have not seen any improvement in the service. Last week, the postal worker hit a light in my yard while making a delivery. The week prior, the post office claimed that they delivered a package, even illegally signing for me. I have video proof from multiple security cameras that the post office worker was never near my home that day and that I did not sign for the package. This is ethically wrong. I filed a formal complaint and was met with a generic “sorry we can’t find it” email. It’s not hard to match a name and an address with its proper home. Do better.

Love going to my local post office, it's nice they have everything here but the big problem is their automated letter machine is down which is a huge negative. They don't have this machine anywhere else which is a problem. So the line is super long. Kind of a waste of time but At least this is a real post office though and can help me out.... eventually.

Edit: I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Someone from this location contacted me last night and found all of my packages, plus a couple I didn’t realize were missing yet. She was very friendly and clearly took my claims seriously. She had my issue resolved the same day, and reached out to the driver personally to make sure I got them last night. She deserves 5 stars. I left my rating at 3 though because I still wish this location would answer their phone, and the USPS call centers were an absolute nightmare to work with and left me with no confidence that someone was going to help me. Thank you so much though to the woman who helped me find my kids presents, you are amazing.Original review: USPS stopped delivering our packages. They bring our regular mail, and mark our packages as delivered, but the packages aren’t actually there. This has occurred multiple times in a row now, and because it’s near Christmas I have more coming. When you seek help online they tell you to wait days for them to look into it, and when you use the text service they tell you to just keep letting your packages go missing while they investigate, and when you call this location they refuse to ever answer their phone. They’ve lost hundreds of dollars worth of our mail now, how can this possibly be the extent of their customer service??

Waiting on a insurance refund check. It was returned to insurance company as undeliverable. We have been here 35 years

This post office takes an average of 13+ days to get my package from their depot up the street to my mailbox. Had to cancel a home delivery service I was using because they would ship it on the 1st and it would arrive at their depot on time, usually 3-4 days then would take another 13 days to show up in my mailbox. If I could rate it 0 stars I would, and so would everyone else in the neighborhood.

I realize we all can have our own unique experience, and the post office is a great place for each of us to have a broad range of interaction. I have lived in many parts of the country, and without a doubt this location has provided the friendliest environment with access to a wide range of services, when compared to other postal locations. The people here are the best!

I feel so bad for the poor people working here. There is always only one person at the counter and the line usually takes at least a half hour to get to the teller. I wish I never had to deal with this place. UPS is right down the road and never takes this long.

Happiest and friendliest post office personnel I have met in years. Friendly, relaxed, and kind. It is evident that the clerk who attended me enjoys his job and enjoys his customers. Thank you for bringing joy to those whose errands take them to the post office.
