Can't get ahold to ask a simple question. On the phone for over 10 minute with an automated voice message to ask a super simple question and couldn't ever get to a person to ask. Absolute waste of time to get nowhere!!

I moved in September to my condo , and at first received NO mail because they claimed no one had written their name on the box , however since then I’ve had packages returned and not even gotten some packages . The worst part about it is they had ALL my packages in their truck I confronted one because the IRS was sending me something important that I needed to sign for , they NEVER came to my door or even made an attempt to leave a note to write my name in my box . It wasn’t until I confronted one , and got my packages from him …mind you he was quick as hell to say how this isn’t his usual route and that he’s not responsible. -Ridiculous

Hai was so very sweet and helpful! It’s refreshing to have someone so kind working there. If I could give him a 10 star review I would!!!!

When are they going to stop holding our mail and they had the 9th off and they still won't deliver and to blame it on the fire in California and the snow back east the real reason is they are lazy and don't give a shit about the people period

My hold mail ended on 11/29/24. I went into my main Post Office 8200 Shaffer Pkwy. 11/30/24 in the afternoon (maybe 10-15 min. before closing) to pick up my hold mail and the black gentleman (there was also two ladies working and an older white man that does work here) told me there was no mail there. I have about 12 packages on hold. I have informed delivery. When I asked him if he was sure he got annoyed and told me my carrier has them and is delivering them. Even though I had indicated on my hold request online that I would pick them up, because this location is awful. He asked me if I wanted to resume mail and I said yes.
Yet why is my mail STILL being held?! Where is it being held if NO ONE can find it? Even mail that was out for delivery today 12/2/24 is being held!!!
I live a half hour away from the main post office I can’t afford and don’t have the time to waste an hour to two hours (because the line is always atrocious and the wait forever) trying to track down my mail! I just moved to Littleton 3 months ago… I WISH we could choose our post office. I avoid this Post Office WHENEVER I can.

This is the slowest most awful place we’re unfortunately forced to visit sometimes. The service is so incredibly slow.

Idiots. Told them three times to send my package to the post office for pick up. They keep giving it the carrier and attempting to deliver with signature. I am never home and cannot do that it is ridiculous! I have gone online and set up pick up three times

Most inept service. Dozens of times they have switched my mail and those of my neighbors. I've observed one of them drinking on the job. Twice, I have been notified that the package I was supposed to receive was undeliverable. In the short amount of time that it took me to learn this and drive to the P.O. to inquire, they shipped the package to a recovery center - in GEORGIA. If you can ship to Georgia in less than two days, why does everything else take so long? And the biggest headache is that instead of working with the customer to resolve package delivery issues in-county, they send it so far away as to make the task nearly impossible. "That's how it has always been done," said the man behind the counter. You know what? Policies shouldn't stick around if they don't work.

Terrible office. When delivering packages they usually crush them so the fit in the very small mail compartment instead of using a locker 3 inches away.
When they do deliver to your door, they make sure to place it where the rain/snow can damage your package.
Clowns.

DO NOT go to this location anytime after 30 minutes before closing! If you do, Frank will scold you like you are a 5 year old, make you feel worthless, stupid, and make you wonder why you STILL use the US Postal Service and not another carrier who appreciates your business and doesn't belittle you when trying to mail a letter overnight (even if you don't need it there for three days so you're not really late, but Frank wants to make you look like an idiot and Frank wants to go home)! You have to let him talk down to you to get through it. Get Frank some help managers!

I just moved to Littleton and haven't received any of my mail. I've lost a credit card, debit card, boxes of important items, etc. The manager of the Ken Caryl branch basically called me a liar and told me everything was working as it should and there were no problems. But the problem is that neither myself nor my partner have gotten any mail aside from magazines and other spam since moving here 1 month ago. So where is our mail going if there's "no problem"? Time to take my complaint way up the chain I guess.

Tells me they close at 5:30 when I’ve been here in the last half an hour before. Online says 6:00pm

I’ve been home all morning waiting for an important package that was already delayed once only to find a notice in my mailbox that they couldn’t get ahold of me to deliver said package. This package does not require a signature and Brad, our “wonderful” mail carrier, never even bothered knocking on my door. USPS has got to be the laziest bunch of people around.
