Preston was pretty unpleasant to work with, looking at his personal phone and iwatch while seemingly barely listening to us explain our concern. I think this experience speaks to Verizon as a whole... Customer service takes the back burner while they continue to price gouge customers because they intentionally make it difficult for customers to understand there bill, switch carriers, and more.

I should have known better than not to trust reviews. The agents at the store are pretty rude. I get sleazy car salesman vibes from these guys.. they promised this and that, but nothing is as it should be. When you come back to the store to ask for help, they tell you they can’t do anything, to call phone support in Philippines, which is a really bad idea because they can’t even port a phone in correctly. I’ve been to the store four times in the last week and still nothing looks correctly on my account. If you can avoid Verizon altogether, go for it! If not, at the lease, avoid this store.. they don’t seem willing to help out. So much for making sure customers leave happy!
At least have us call phone support in front of us so that if they are doing anything incorrectly or the agent can back us up! But no, they’re just ready for us to walk out of the door so they can sell their next phone!

The store was nice and clean and the lockers were easy to navigate but when I walked inside before the woman even said hello she rudely asked how old I was which kind of soured my mood.

Went to this location to upgrade several lines, the sale and upgrading went fine, of course. Due to some error on the back end side (Not us or the location) we were unable to get the new phones activated. We went back in and spent 2 and a half hours on the phone with NO resolution. Was told to come in and the manager would finish it up at opening the next day if it wasn't resolved overnight. Next morning no manager. Came back later that day and he pushed me off onto someone else. 😒 Do not recommend this location.

Bought a new phone today. It took over an hour to get it activated properly. But..oops...it was still not set up correctly as I learned later with much frustration. Back to the store again to get it fixed. The rep took umbrage with my frustration after having to return for him to get it right. I did not plan to spend half of my day with a simple phone set up. Save yourself some frustration - skip this location for your VZ needs. They'll never see my face again and we'll all be happier for it.

After 2 hours on phone with care with no resolution, I came in to this local store and met Preston. Simply the best. He took care of my issues and made me feel welcome! Keep him around! He is calm and comforting and also very intelligent. Thank you Preston for making my day!

Went into the store yesterday to change plan and get a new phone. Marquel was really great despite it being a long process and the store was very busy while we were there. He made sure we got what we needed and the new phones worked properly. Thanks for the dedication!

If you ever stop at this location, CHRIS is THE GUY you want to speak to!!!! I had trouble setting up my new phone and he was very, very helpful. I would've never figured it out myself.

Ally and Prentice could use some additional training, specifically regarding how to speak to customers, how your plans work, how not to escalate a situation, and how to deescalate a situation, especially if they created the escalation.
