Cherise is the slowest most unfriendly teller I have ever seen. She was so slow I felt compelled to write this review. It took her 20 minutes (wish I was exaggerating) to enter 2 deposits and grab change. She wasn’t new either which I could understand. Rest of the staff is great especially Nathaniel.

Slow and inefficient bankers. I went on saturday to switch my type of savings account and was told I needed an appointment for that (??). That's something that should not take more than 5min but you have to do this "formal" processs with a banker.
