Ann Taylor had great customer service and kind helpful sales lady. They reported patient assistance, many great recommendations and a help while accommodating even when busy. A nice blonde sales lady offered help, suggested a navy suit when a black suit was not in size, and worked to find the perfect fit and style. The level of detail, patience and eye for detail made a difference. They could try on new outfits, order online and return items without issue. The experience was described as amazing, wonderful and highly recommend. Overall the store was appreciative, taking time, helpful, kind and patient.
Went in to get new outfits for work and Cindy was so kind and helpful! She made so many great recommendations and was so patient as I tried on everything. I left blown away at the level of customer service and so appreciative of Cindy and her taking the time to assist me. I highly recommend working with her!

Went on March 16th. Saturday, and they were very busy. Still, I was looking at a suit. A very nice blonde sales lady offered me help. I wanted a black suit but they did not have one in my size. She offered me a navy one instead. It works. Thank you again for being really, really, busy but still accommodating me.
