“We did some shopping today to update my husband's wardrobe for work. We made an appointment for men's styling as we aren't fans of shopping and wanted to have an efficient experience - the appt is an hour.
It was GREAT! Earlier in the day, our Nordstrom associate, Evan W., texted us to confirm the time, what we wanted to accomplish, and where to meet him when we arrived. When we got there, we met Evan who had already started looking and putting together some things for my husband to try. We looked around together and found some more options. Again, it was GREAT! We purchased a couple pairs of pants, some nice shirts, a sports coat, shoes, and a belt. And we were completely done and checked out inside that hour!
Evan is fantastic and super helpful! The selections at the store were good (would love to see less skinny pants and more relaxed regular fit business casual pants in 36x34. 34L is not easy to find.) and the service of scheduling an appt was such a convenience.

“Michelle and her associate went above and beyond for me last weekend!! I had purchased a dress from WHBM online and it had a flaw. The "system" of course had an issue finding my order, but Michelle persevered, got the return done and found me the last dress in the country in my size in another state! I received that dress in the mail today and it is perfect!! This dress is for a big deal wedding and Michelle came through BIG TIME! “I walked into Madewell for the very first time after being completely let down at Abercrombie (another store I’d never shopped at before). Having recently lost a significant amount of weight, I was already feeling overwhelmed by the idea of shopping for jeans. When I saw Madewell’s huge selection, my first instinct was to turn around and leave.
Then Cordelia appeared, almost like she’d stepped out of a magical realm, and everything changed. I was skeptical about working with a salesperson, expecting the usual push to buy every single thing suggested. But Cordelia was incredibly warm, kind, and extremely professional. She was patient when I was on the verge of tears, and she gave me honest, thoughtful feedback about what worked and what didn’t.
Most importantly, she helped me find four pairs of jeans that I truly feel amazing in. As an extreme introvert, I don’t usually connect with salespeople, but by the end of our session, I honestly wanted to be best friends with her. She completely turned my night around.

“This store is lovely, spacious yet cozy, carefully curated and embodies the beautiful aesthetic one would expect from Anthropologie. The sales people are welcoming and helpful but not overbearing, giving you a chance to explore the magic.

When we asked her about a certain size in a pair of jeans, they didn’t have them but she told me that they stretch and that I should try them on, and I did, and I ended up buying two pairs!! “Tilly's is always a stop for us in any mall. They carry a wide variety of clothing for all ages, with a youthful 'leaning' for those of us that aren't quite as young, but still want some style. Prices are pretty good as well, considering there's usually a sale of some sort...and not just on women's clothing. Always check in the back for their clearance rack, because when they want stuff gone, they lower the prices substantially. Staff is usually quite young, but friendly with an grasp of their job, so interacting with them is easy. The only shortfall is they are often short staffed, so you can find yourself waiting a while for a change room or to check out.”
