“For the first time in months even after going to a podiatrist and getting custom insoles for $550 and injections I was able to walk out of the store with less pain. I worked with Beau who understood my every need. He even gave me slippers due to the pain i was in while he worked out the details. I am greatful for being able to walk without a limp again. I highly recommend this location and the people within.”

“I came into Freebird recently, and Paige helped me, she was honestly so sweet and helpful. She helped me look at so many different options, find the right fit, and really made the whole process comfortable. I’m super picky and I feel like I tried on a dozen different styles and she still helped me through it with so much patience. “Had a great experience at Runner's Roost, with the help of Sandra. I was directed to check them out by my doctor due to knee, ankle, hip pain with arthritis. It was an alignment issue with old shoes that was causing the damage. Sandra took the time and help find the correct pair after several tries/walking. I am currently in a Hoka Gaviota, and have greatly reduced that pain, and back up to my walking routine. Shout out to Runner's Roost, and especially to Sandra making the effort to make those corrections.”

“I walked into Madewell for the very first time after being completely let down at Abercrombie (another store I’d never shopped at before). Having recently lost a significant amount of weight, I was already feeling overwhelmed by the idea of shopping for jeans. When I saw Madewell’s huge selection, my first instinct was to turn around and leave.
Then Cordelia appeared, almost like she’d stepped out of a magical realm, and everything changed. I was skeptical about working with a salesperson, expecting the usual push to buy every single thing suggested. But Cordelia was incredibly warm, kind, and extremely professional. She was patient when I was on the verge of tears, and she gave me honest, thoughtful feedback about what worked and what didn’t.
Most importantly, she helped me find four pairs of jeans that I truly feel amazing in. As an extreme introvert, I don’t usually connect with salespeople, but by the end of our session, I honestly wanted to be best friends with her. She completely turned my night around.
Thanks to Cordelia, I am officially a Madewell customer for life. She made what could have been a stressful, discouraging experience into something uplifting and unforgettable. She's a treasure to the retail industry.”

“This store is lovely, spacious yet cozy, carefully curated and embodies the beautiful aesthetic one would expect from Anthropologie. The sales people are welcoming and helpful but not overbearing, giving you a chance to explore the magic.

“This Evereve location and staff are amazing!!! I went in to return a couple items and Avery ended up helping me for hours! I really struggle with styling myself, but I know what I like and don't like. She really listened and understood my body type (straight and narrow) and she picked out so many outfits I never would have tried on. I ended up buying many new tops I love and feel great in! This store is amazing for moms both young and experienced. I saw many ladies of all ages here, 30s, and up into 60s and 70s, who all found sophisticated clothing and accessories to wear. I also saw a few kids in there and the staff gave them snacks and made the kids feel at home while their momma was in the dressing room. This is my new favorite store and Avery is my new go to girl. Love her so much!! Thanks to all the kind Evereve staff for your enthusiasm and detailed care. I would give this store 10 stars if I could!”
“I visited Ann Taylor for the first time a few months ago while looking for interview attire, and Katherine was incredibly helpful in finding sizes, colors, and fabrics that suited me. I found everything I needed except for a blazer.
When I returned a few months later, Sarah helped me find the perfect blazer to complete the outfit. Unfortunately, it was out of stock in the color I needed, but Sarah went above and beyond by arranging expedited shipping so it would arrive in time for my interview.
The blazer made it just in time—I ended up chasing down the UPS truck and received it about 30 minutes before my interview! It was perfectly packaged, wrinkle-free, and ready to wear.
While I didn’t receive the job offer I had hoped for, I now feel confident and prepared for the next opportunity in an outfit I love.
