“This Best Buy is the best Best Buy around period. I almost lost my brand new iPhone. Operational and General manager and all staff were told via radio and it was found within a few minutes. Every staff member here is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, on my recent visit my dude Joe, Grant, & Marcus took care of me. They made sure I avoided a mistake and got me in on the correct product which I know is the hardest part of their Job. I appreciate everyone at this Best Buy! “I got very lucky and drew Chris at the Park Meadows Geek Squad on Tuesday 16 June.
I could not be happier with his efforts in my behalf!!!
In short order, he had my new Dell Desktop computer updated with AOL, Quicken, Office, and Trend Micro. He also had a coworker recycle my old Desktop and hand me the Hard Drive!
Chris is personable, technically supremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. 'Nuff said!!!

“Went and on September 28, 2026 to buy the new Apple Watch series 12 had a great experience. I really love how the employees do not pressure you into getting their credit card or the Apple care. I’ve been to some places that sell electronics and they literally try pressuring you to buying the credit card. It’s just something I do not like getting pressured into signing up for I’ve been an Apple user since the 4S came out. Apple is a great company.”
