“I have to give 5 stars for the last experience I had with the manager Jamin. I had 200.00 worth of gift cards that didn't seem to work no matter what I did or who I called. He took the time to not only call the number on the back but also call Sam's club customer service and fix my issue for me while I was as the store. Most people would have said sorry you will have to call the number in the back and have corp fix it. He truly cares and took the time to figure a solution not send me home with my problem.
