We made an appointment and went 15 min early, we ended up waiting 30 min. Seemed a bit disorganized, when we were help, the tech was awesome. It took awhile to identify full issue and fixes. Bottom line they fixed the issues and we were Happy. We were there long enough to watch a general iPhone 15 session.

My husband loves Apple products. He recently bought me the new iPhone 15 max super, duper, plus, you cant break it or crack the glass, this that and the other because it's military grade material. I didn't like it and went back to my Samsung. Sorry Apple I'm an Android gal.

One person staffing the Genius Bar while a line begins to form and at least 5 unoccupied Apple employees standing around. Not a great customer experience when I’m literally just trying to buy a new AirPods case.
