“Shout-out to banker Zach Quail for helping me out. I had technical issues with my checking account I was setting up to take advantage of a sign up promo and I wasn't able to receive the help I needed from calling the general customer service phone line.
Zach was personable, professional, and efficient in helping me out from start to finish.
I was ready to be done with Key Bank after all of the frustrations with getting account access and signed up with the promo that was being advertised, but Zach restored my faith in this company.

“Went in for my banking. The teller greeted me as I walked in. Very helpful, friendly and courteous. She updated my information and was quick with the transaction. I have bern with RMLEFCU for a couple decades. My years out of state were easy, between the app, in app emails, and phone calls i was able to get loans, certificates of deposit, cashiers checks, and any banking need was met with quick and courteous service.”
“Recently visited this branch. Kristina have listened my issues with ample time and solved my problems. She is very professional and helpful towards customer. Also there was no queue. Overall very good experience in this BOFA location.
Also I went there 2nd day for other check deposits and Tawnya Smith was very helpful to process it smoothly. I heard this branch is now under different management and it is no doubt they are doing a great job.”
“I have been a member over 25 years and have not been happy with Bellco for a long time. Recently had fraud on my account as it was drained and was pretty much told we’ll look into it next week. Obviously when all your cards are declining that’s a slightly urgent problem! Bianca (manager) stepped in with a very level head, considering my frustration at the moment, and compassionately got it resolved in 2 days explaining every step that would take place.I returned 2 weeks later to close the account down and noticed there was more fraud we didn’t catch. Again, Bianca stepped in and without hesitation knew how to solve the problem and was very transparent! She is the only reason I would consider staying with Bellco, I wish more were as helpful as she was!”

This review is a year late but my mom transferred her accounts from another institution to Schwab and Courtney couldn't have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, none judgmental. “This Lone Tree location has been fantastic though I can't say the same about the other branch by Wildcat. That other branch has MORE THAN ONCE put money it to other people's accounts. I understands mistakes happen but come on! And the second to last time it was the manager and he didn't even apologize! He just said ya that was me while chomping on candy - what kind of a manager does that?? How do even get to be a manager when you are like that!? Dani and their newer manager at this Lone Tree location have been great about helping me get all of this 3rd mistake of giving my money to someone else sorted out. Definitely will continue to use them at this location only!
Did I mention when I put a comment on Fb word of mouth HIGHLANDS RANCH I was not the only person that had issues with the to her brand putting their money in other accounts?? Can't say it enough avoid the other brancbranch and ALWAYS get a receipt and check your online statements”

A couple of days before at Yosemite St branch, we(I & My Wife) had a bad experience with an unprofessional banker and had planned to close the account permanently, but after reaching out here at the Lone Tree branch, we changed our plan and decided to stay with the Wells Fargo bank.
