If you’re looking for a stress-free, customer-first rental car experience, look no further than Enterprise in Highlands Ranch! After an absolute nightmare at Hertz Littleton location on County Line (where they refused to take Apple Pay, wouldn’t accept a Visa Debit card, and insisted I physically hand them a credit card—because apparently, we’re living in 1995), I drove straight to Enterprise. What a difference!
From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. And let me give a huge shoutout to Kyle—this guy was an absolute rockstar! He was friendly, fast, and made the entire process effortless. Within 10 minutes, I was in my rental and on my way—no hassle, no attitude, no nonsense. Just great service from people who actually know how to treat customers.
Not only was the process smooth, but the rate was also significantly cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. And the best part? They happily accepted my Visa Debit card—no ridiculous rules, no power-tripping employees, just easy, efficient service.
Meanwhile, Hertz still insists you must physically hand them a credit card—no Apple Pay, no tapping, no Visa Debit. Ridiculous. If their goal is to frustrate and drive away customers, they’re doing a fantastic job.
Enterprise, on the other hand? Absolute lifesavers. If you need a rental car, skip the drama and go straight to Enterprise. Thank you, Kyle and team, for turning my day around! ??”

Staff are polite and punctual. They seem to be low on sedans as I normally get a substitute suv, but they are typically newer and nice interior models (sometimes with some minor exterior scratches but this doesn’t bother me with a rental).
Never had an issue with pickup or drop off, and when I did call ahead to confirm availability for a vehicle they followed up to make sure I was notified.”

I'd recommend United Access to anyone who needs to safely and easily transport a loved one in a wheelchair.”
“I rented a car from the Denver airport and after about 45 minutes of driving, the car popped up with a warning saying that I needed to pull over because there was a “12V battery charging critical fault”.
I stopped at this location in the Sheraton hotel and the employees were all very kind and helpful. They were able to get me into a new, properly functioning car quickly and get me back on my way.

“I've been here twice so far. So far, from what I've experienced personally, they're doing a very good job. They may seem curt but they are not rude. They have to handle a lot of folks, a lot of calls, and a lot of calls. They handle their business as best they can. One testament to their professionalism is their handling of my own meltdown of sorts. This business is frustrating... and today was one of those days I let it get to me... But the folks here handled things professionally and were able to help me through the situation I had with the vehicle.In regards to the phone situation, so far they've been better than some other Hertz places I've had to deal with that cater to the 'ride share' workers.Even in a 'vacuum'... not comparing to other locations like this... I feel they do a pretty dang good job with what they have to work with.”

This is the main location who service and take care of cars for uber. I was renting from hertz off Broadway and over there is always a mess and it takes all day to get help. Here I can come in and get taking car4e of much quick. Whether it is Clara, Stacy, the owner or his wife they treat you right and are a honest business. Also a shout out to the stoic gentleman who services the cars. He seems scary at times, but that is just because he focused on working the cars and is extremely talented and knowledgeable at working on vehicles. He is the zone! Don't worry, he doesn't bite! “I rented from here over a year ago when my son wrecked my Sienna. They only had a Tesla at the time of my rental, which was a slight bummer, but I knew what I was getting beforehand, so no problem there. Yes, they are slow, but what do you expect when you get drivers coming in constantly trying to rent from them without a reservation or renewing their rental after they hit their contract limit of renewals. This is not their fault or have control over company policy they are just employee's. Yes, they do act like they own the business, and I'll tell you what. I'd rather have them treat the business as if they owned it anyway. This only shows me they really care about what they do and that they are very thorough, making sure everything is in order before you drive their car off the lot. The guy even walked me through how to drive and use Tesla's many features on the dash tablet. Plus I don't understand what you people are complaining about, after all it is a car rental company and not a fast food joint where you can complain and whine cause your food is taking too long. Personally I like this place and as a matter of fact I'm going back today to rent another car from them. My advice is don't ever go no place thinking it's going to be in and out cause if you do, you're going to be very disappointed in the end, so make sure to give yourself time is all.”
