One of the larger, prettier J. Jill stores. There is high employee turnover, but right now the associates are very nice and helpful.
I love J. Jill colors and fabrics and shirt lengths (which are longer than most other stores).

Its a pain when returning online products. They sounds like they need to know every detail of your purchase. Its kind of funny.
