“Just went to Big Tool Box to get my wife a Stihl Weed Wacker for her birthday (don't judge me) Parking lot and store were PACKED. I almost said the heck with fighting this crowd and turned around to go get her a Wakmart Ironing Board, but I love her dearly so I put on a patient brave face and joined the masses - I went to the well marked Stihl section and picked out the one I wanted and because of how busy it was I figured I would have to wait a while. Nope - Daniel was able to help me with all the needed accessories and get me checked out and downstairs for the initial start-up. In and out in 10 minutes with amazing competent service. In the valley of the blind the man with one eye is king- Consider Big Tool Box the King”
“Cute Halloween event with plenty of pumpkins (so many unique ones!) and lots of games. A bit crowded and parking was a nightmare but that all just comes with the territory of being an urban pumpkin patch during peak season. :) Great staff!”

“Everyone who works at this beautiful store is knowledgeable and creative; their plant-related merchandise is beautiful, quality, and somewhat unique. I especially love the ‘staff picks’ in their used book section. Their new books are beautiful coffee table picture books of unique plant genres as well as full of incredible information. And the coffee-tea book is an added bonus. Think only Barnes and Noble crossed with Denver Botanic Gardens gift shop.”

“Have purchased material from this location several times. Purchased a small order of Colorado Rose, 1.5 inch decorative rock. Was delivered with a lot of crusher fine type material. Needed cleaning which was very time consuming. Reason for the 5 star rating is because Dianne, took care of the issue immediately, sending me out a yard of replacement rock the next day! That is called great customer service, and standing by your product. I will continue to buy my landscaping materials here.”
“The best sign of an outstanding company is repeat business. We have continued to shop at the Gardens Garden Center and every time we have an amazing experience. “I have visited Wilmore many times over the years and love to go there! I went there yesterday only to buy one of the plastic saucers but, of course, I had to walk around! In the end I purchased one beautiful plant, a saucer and three beautiful small flower pots! I did not want to buy 25 lbs of potting soil as I live in an apartment so the lady filled the three pots with soil and only charged me a small amount for that! So nice to be treated so royally!”

Most importantly, they had some beautiful stock of the plants that I was seeking. Looking over their facility, it was apparent that they carry a wide variety and their plant materials were healthy and well cared for.”
“I visited this location a little over a week ago, but had to leave a review for the fantastic customer service and experience I had. Needing a tool to complete a job I went to the rental department and was immediately greeted by Cici. She was extremely helpful and even took the time to call multiple locations to try and track down the tool I needed. After dealing with a rude associate from another store over the phone Cici was able to confirm where to get the tool and even how to place it on hold as there is was only one location locally that had the tool.
After the great service there I continued shopping and came upon Cynthia in the appliances department. She was such a happy and joyous soul. Although we barely talked about appliance she shared a life story and even showed compassion in regards to what I had going on in life at the time. Our conversation definitely made my day and hope it did the same for her.
Although I ended up not being able to get the tool I needed at the time, my visit was one to remember due to these two young ladies. Thank you so much for the time and excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location for my future business!”
“It is few and far between to receive great customer service these days. However, this was the Absolute Best Home Depot Experience I have ever had! Kirby, Mark, Preston, Dave, and Zach went above and beyond to help me this evening! The level of customer service I received was nothing short of Exceptional! This group of Fine Individuals worked as a team, had great attitudes, and helped me load several heavy work carts, which took quite a bit of effort. “Ok...this is just for the person who took the time to fix the issue I had. Yelp is a good tool for all of us to share our experience...I have a chance to be positive so, in fairness to Home Depot. I truly forgot the issue ( my 100.00 plus spreader I ordered never arrived, I only figured they had charged me when I got asked to review the item, then I realized I had paid for a spreader I never got...I have ordered from HD before and they ship seperate), just thought I was out 100.00 plus dollars...that's the direction it went....now, a few months later I get a text saying someone just had seen my complaint and is looking into it if it was still an issue... I texted back yes, he stated ...on it....week or two went by then I get a text asking if they can deliver the spreader. Now, again...this is one member that I comment about....the Yelp reviews say you have a problem in the store...when folks go to Yelp they are angry... meaning you did not do enough to keep them off of Yelp....do you get it? Like the military discount....like just helping (ref Yelp)...Home Depot has always been a place folks complain about having to much help...if folks have to look for help, then something is wrong. Truly I thought twice about Leaving a positive, but your one person did something, fixed something...I applaud this. So, thanks for finding the issue and fixing it. Now, I have security cameras every place in and around my home...I can send you the delivery footage if you wish...but it's fixed....I did not want to tell you I had proof of not receiving the item....that's why I am impressed by your actions.”
