“My Great Pyrenees, Wendy, is a difficult groom, or at least she had been. Prior groomers either made stay at the shop to "help" or sent my dog home within 10 minutes of arrival for being uncooperative. Carolyn (sp?) at Wag-n-Wash was able to get Wendy to cooperate. She did a magnificent job getting out all the tangles, mats and undercoat that made my big white dog look like gnarly mess. Wendy looks and smells like a show dog! Wag-n-Wash is the best.”

Wanted a high quality, normal but still unique, dog collar for my 9 month old puppy. Found exactly what I was looking for ~ K9 Explorer Reflective Adjustable dog collar. Solid material and beautiful and strong hardware with an easy side release buckle and leash ring. Purchased the matching leash with a quick release claw-like clasp. Super cool metal color on both products (gunmetal). Won’t fall apart like the other pet stores. A++ all around! ?”

“Took our two Saint Bernard’s in here today with my two kiddos. The guy working was so dang friendly! I can not tell you how many times we have walked into somewhere and people almost glare, cause they know our dogs will have a fur-nado going on when we dry them with the self wash! He was so friendly, didn’t even flinch that they were big. We also got a little goodie bag when we left since it was the first time in there. Being in the self wash with two dogs, and all alone made it so so nice! Will absolutely go back here! Thank you again for being so friendly!”

“We got some new tropical fish, and they are doing good a week later. This is a fun store with the kids, but it can be difficult to get help getting fish out with nobody coming to ask if we needed help - gotta go stand at the register. But once it was our turn, it was fine. We will go back.”

“This store had a wide selection of fish and pet supplies. One of the highest quality I've seen of any pet stores. Aquarium tanks are kept clean and habitats for exotic pets are kept neat as well. Staff are well-informed and very helpful. Brendan is a great guy and helped me with my purchases. I am looking forward to my next visit here for my pet needs!”
“So pleased and impressed with what The Rattery has done for me and my new rat babies. The package I purchased contained ample hand-crafted items and treats, and the price is more than reasonable. The animals show no sign of aggression or biting, are well-acclimated to humans, and are litter trained. We were able to start bonding on day one with no issues whatsoever.
I am really and truly impressed - I repeat this because as a lifelong cynic and punk rocker I don’t impress easy.

Edit: I should also mention that the breeder is a joy to work with and put in a lot of time to support and guide me in preparing for my new companions. Even now I can rest assured in case I need guidance (or want to share my joy).

“I have gotten multiple fishes from here. All healthy and well taken care of. Probably one of best in town. I’ve never had any issues after taking them home. A lot of unique/rear koi and goldfishes. I am surprised how fair and reasonable the prices were as well, especially considering the quality and care of the fish. Usually they go for a lot more. I am definitely a lifetime customer now.”
“We enjoyed our visit to this shop. They support animal rescue and they are firm on adopt don't shop measures. We were celebrating one of our Boston Terrier's Gotcha Day. We bought a huge cookie. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They have toys and supples. I bought a lick mat and some pumpkin/cinnamon ice cream. Parking is in the lot. Price are reasonable. “I bought my kitten Minx back in April 2023 from Natalya. Not only was my experience with Natalya amazing but her kittens are the most precious! Minx is super sweet, playful, talkative, and healthy. Minx’s favorite game to play is tag I’ll hide, and minx will “hunt me” then when she finds me she taps me with her paw and darts off. Her nickname is soft paws because she so gentle when she plays. She is the best cat I’ve ever had and I will only buy from Natalya. Everyone who meets Minx is in awe of her and I can’t help but share where I got this beautiful cat from.”
