“The amount of independence this company gave me and my dog is incomparable to anything else. My 12-year-old CAN learn new tricks. She always had someone at home with her 24/7, then covid came, and she was with me as well ALL THE TIME. The amount this dog wants to just sit outside and stare inside is … A LOT. And she is old. And now I leave home all the time and for a couple of days at a time. To know that she has independence (don't worry, someone feeds her when I am gone) and can come and go as she pleases is wonderful! It just took a couple of times of having a treat on the other side to get her to come through the pet door on her own. AND she has not great back hips, and she can still get through it so easily. To not have to stop what I am doing, a million times a day, to let her out, just to let her back in again (come on, I know your pet also just hovers in the threshold then says NOPE), is incredible. ALSO, Not only is my pet door awesome for my own house, but when I went to go dog sit for a friend, and saw they had a HALE pet door too I was ecstatic. Knowing that I would not come to THEIR home and find messes to clean up too!”

“A few months ago we were searching for a baby cornsnake or sand boa. We visited all the pet stores in the area but this one had the best education and advice. We ended up opting for a corn snake and bought a baby coral ghost. She's beautiful, healthy and we stop in every few weeks for fuzzies now. Couldn't recommend this place enough!”

I think this is still in the beginning stages and they're not very reliable. I cancel that appointment, and then they sent me a reminder of the same appointment.
