From his first appointments involving shots and getting fixed, to bi-yearly dental cleanings, blood draws and preventative appointments, Kim and her staff always brought top-tier customer service, compassion, clear communication and patience to our visits. When Calvin’s health declined, Kim gave us referrals that helped ultimately extend his life by two months. Kim and her team provided results and other information in a way that pet owners can digest, while keeping the health of our pets as the priority. She is honest and kind and I can’t imagine taking my future pets anywhere else. We deeply appreciate and highly recommend the level of care she and her team provided over the course of our dogs life.”

“I stopped in on a whim to see what this store was like. I did not have high expectations as I have been to other Petco's and was not impressed. I am mostly interested in fish. They had an amazing selection of freshwater and saltwater fish. Most fish looked healthy. I was especially impressed by the quantity of fish in each tank. The pricing was very reasonable, and there was a sale going on that day. I signed up for the rewards program and hope to keep updated with future sales. They had a beautiful selection and display of freshwater plants that was well maintained; something I never would have expected in a chain store. When I visit a pet store I always have to visit the animals; had my kids been with me we probably would have walked out of the store with a hamster or two, they were on sale for $6 each. Everything was well stocked. This Petco location will now be an added stop whenever I am in the area.”
“Great experience with the team at Vetco Highlands Ranch. Brandon kindly greets us when we arrive and is always very welcoming and efficient. The Vet Assistants are very friendly and thorough. Dr. Ocariz is a terrific Veterinarian and genuinely cares about Beau.There have been some changes over the years but, the current team is awesome. He has been a patient there since he was a young puppy. I’ve recently needed special care with Beau developing very dry eyes needing different eye drops and a lubricant medication. He needs follow up care and I am confident in the services they provide. I would highly recommend them to care for your pets and I am very happy to continue supporting our neighborhood Pet Clinic.”
“The staff are all friendly and helpful. We love the self-wash and grooming. It's the closest place we can find Nutri-Source dog food for our very picky pup!!”

Kelso is terrified of the vet and they are so kind and sweet to him. Every appointment he does a little better. I am so grateful for everyone who works here, including Dr. Hand!”
