“LOVE FIRST NATIONAL.
Recently went through a terrible experience where my car was broken into and wallet was stolen - 3 months later someone walked into the bank pretending to be me with my stolen ID and SSN. The tellers stopped her from withdrawing anything and immediately called me and the police. When I came into the Longs Peak branch to open all brand new accounts and close my old ones, they were SO friendly and polite, Alexia was STUPENDOUS helping me out, being empathetic and polite as I keep dealing with this nightmare. Will never, ever leave this bank. And THANK YOU Alexia for being so wonderful while I was going through something so stressful. You guys are the best!!!!”
