“In today's modern world it's rare to bank in person. However it is such a joy to walk in and meet the team at first tech to do some old fashioned in person banking. Brandon and the team are always so welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. It's good to get to know your banker and let me tell you getting to know yours will be the best experience you will ever have in local banking.
I would give 6 stars if I could but they only let you leave 5.”

They even call me when they have questions, and talk to me by name. Hard to find personal service like this were I moved. I tried. Reps kept moving on, or did have adequate communication skills. I am older and slower. FNBO gave back to the community with wildfire donations. Opened my account in 1982 at the Iris location when they were the Bank of Boulder and sponsor of the Bolder Boulder.”

“The Bank is listed incorrectly on Yelp...it's supposed to be First National Bank of Boulder (Colorado) not Omaha (?). I wanted to acknowledge an amazing Sr. Personal Banker at this location named Neda Milani. She went above and beyond to assist my client-even met her on Saturday to get her signature so we could meet our deadline for the Home Equity Line. She is a team player and really cares about her clients. I met her today for the first time and didn't know Personal Bankers still existed. I would recommend her if you need a true customer service professional.”

Recently went through a terrible experience where my car was broken into and wallet was stolen - 3 months later someone walked into the bank pretending to be me with my stolen ID and SSN. The tellers stopped her from withdrawing anything and immediately called me and the police. When I came into the Longs Peak branch to open all brand new accounts and close my old ones, they were SO friendly and polite, Alexia was STUPENDOUS helping me out, being empathetic and polite as I keep dealing with this nightmare. Will never, ever leave this bank. And THANK YOU Alexia for being so wonderful while I was going through something so stressful. You guys are the best!!!!”
