I wanted to acknowledge an amazing Sr. Personal Banker at this location named Neda Milani. She went above and beyond to assist my client-even met her on Saturday to get her signature so we could meet our deadline for the Home Equity Line. She is a team player and really cares about her clients. I met her today for the first time and didn't know Personal Bankers still existed. I would recommend her if you need a true customer service professional.”

Recently went through a terrible experience where my car was broken into and wallet was stolen - 3 months later someone walked into the bank pretending to be me with my stolen ID and SSN. The tellers stopped her from withdrawing anything and immediately called me and the police. When I came into the Longs Peak branch to open all brand new accounts and close my old ones, they were SO friendly and polite, Alexia was STUPENDOUS helping me out, being empathetic and polite as I keep dealing with this nightmare.
