Great store. Staff are helpful and if they don’t know the answer to something they will find somebody who does.

The staff was unhelpful and unknowledgeable when asked questions about the televisions. I was told to look online, so I did and purchased there. It would be nice to have technically savvy employees, not just salespeople.
