“I had a great experience with Ferguson last week. Before my water heater broke, I had basically zero experience with sourcing parts locally. I called around everywhere; Ferguson answered the phone and was able to help me out and provide guidance when I needed it. When I got there to pick up, the employees were super nice and very helpful again. Overall, this is the experience I expect when buying something expensive. I’m happy to give them my money and will come back again to do business with them.”

“I had to get a replacement hose for my dishwasher and it was not in stock at this store, even though the app said that it was. I was extremely upset about that and when a guy came up to ask me if I needed any help, I explained to him what was going on. He was very nice and said that he could help me on the price of the one that was in stock and he most certainly did just that 😊 I think he was beyond kind and he went out of his way to get the price difference matched up. It was a great help and I'm very thankful for him. Unfortunately, I wasn't even thinking about getting his name at the time, but I will update this if I can get it.”
“I was experiencing problems with our Panasonic landline phone. The young woman, I failed to get her name, was very good. She saw me standing at the kiosk and came to me immediately. She took the phone, fixed the problem and showed me what she did. On the other hand, the young man at the front door was not a good customer service representative.”
