“Murdoch’s (Longmont) is fantastic and their clearance sales are even better. They have just about everything a farm supply store would have with the exception of trailers and tractor implements (they might, I’ve never inquired). They did help me a couple of years ago, find a product from a supplier in bulk quantities that they didn’t have in stock (nor actually stock at all) which is pretty much unheard of in my experience. They’re like a tractor supply with a firearms/ammo department with a JAX grade tool department (Milwaukee and Dewalt power tools) and a great selection of hand tools. Good deals, quality customer service. Oh, and they have chicks and ducks seasonally.”

I had an exceptional experience at Ace Hardware! David was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the purchase of a Big Green Egg. He answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed.
The delivery team was equally fantastic. Not only did they deliver the grill on time, but they also went above and beyond to set it up and explain how to use it properly. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process seamless.

“I actually, thoroughly enjoy browsing this hardware store. Store brand? Nah. Inescapable corporate branding? Get outta here. They sell quality hand tools from reputable brands plus a ton of products you won't find anywhere else. The lack of a searchable website kept me from visiting for a while, but I wish it hadn't. This is now my go-to hardware store in Longmont.One suggestion: you guys should consider stocking Warwood Tool! I personally love their stuff, made in West Virginia, and would buy more of it if I could find it locally.”
“I had a great experience with Ferguson last week. Before my water heater broke, I had basically zero experience with sourcing parts locally. I called around everywhere; Ferguson answered the phone and was able to help me out and provide guidance when I needed it. When I got there to pick up, the employees were super nice and very helpful again. Overall, this is the experience I expect when buying something expensive.
