“This is a great store, always has been. If you need to furnish your home with quality used items you'll find it here, sometimes you have to keep coming back but it will be worth it. Not sure about the music they play, it's a little depressing. The staff is great - Mary Jane, at the front desk, is a hoot.”

I called last Friday about a discrepancy regarding a receipt and he went above and beyond to not only look into this issue for me over the phone but then when I was able to come in today to deal with it , he went the extra mile to help rectify the situation . “I had to get a replacement hose for my dishwasher and it was not in stock at this store, even though the app said that it was. I was extremely upset about that and when a guy came up to ask me if I needed any help, I explained to him what was going on. He was very nice and said that he could help me on the price of the one that was in stock and he most certainly did just that 😊 I think he was beyond kind and he went out of his way to get the price difference matched up. It was a great help and I'm very thankful for him. Unfortunately, I wasn't even thinking about getting his name at the time, but I will update this if I can get it.”

“I love budget home supply. It is a little out of the way these days but it is worth it. The staff is very helpful. They have helped me fix my plumbing needs many times. The lumber is great. I built planter boxes and the wood has held up for years, is easy to work with and straight.”
