“My son has a lot of sensory issues and is very particular about how his shoes feel. The person who helped us was extremely patient and went out of his way to assist us. My son changed his mind about the color of his shoes after the associate had already helped us take out the laces and try a no-lace accessory on a different color shoe. He offered to re-lace the other shoe and helped him make sure they fit. After we decided on the correct color shoe, he went out of his way to install the no-lace accessories in both shoes and even made sure they were comfortable on my son's feet. I really appreciate the extra effort he made. Not everyone would have been so patient with us, and we are really grateful for how kind he was.”
