Note: you don't go here when you're looking to ship things out and buy your boxes and postage. What you CAN do is drop off prepaid packages and pick things up you've put on hold through the 1800 number, which is what I did when I made a typo in my address when ordering some items online. It was 3 days before Christmas and I was in and out in under 3 minutes and the service was fast and super friendly.

Dirty, busted up, poor design of a warehouse. No heating for half the line of workers. Bad parking lot with never enough spaces. Most workers dont care how your package is handled, they will throw, drop, kick and poorly stack any package. Do yourself a favor and use a diffrent delivery service that gives their employees a reason to treat your package with the respect your money deserves. And consider yourself lucky if you never have to work her.

Lazy bum delivery people. STOP leaving my packages in the front and center of my porch for the whole world to see. Use common sence and put them behind the pillar, one foot to the side. There is no extra effort needed from your lazy staff to do that UPS!

I drop off parcels, a lot, and the person always has a smile and nice word. She is actually happy to have my business, unlike the post office in Longmont where they grumble and act like you are putting them out.
