“I just had occasion to need notarial service for some documents of mine. I was assigned to Moriah Englert, a banker at the Louisville branch of Elevations. Despite the relative complexity of my documents, Moriah Englert was patient and professional. She assured me that it was okay to review (twice) the documents to ensure the dates and notarial stamps were on the right pages. Then she assured me that if there was a problem we missed that I could return to make a correction. I greatly appreciated her professional and friendly comportment throughout our interaction. Whether intentional or not, Moriah Englert is a great ambassador for the brand of Elevations Credit Union. She's a keeper. I'm glad she is there. Thanks!!!”
