“I had originally rated this bank quite low but throughout these past few days they have been extremely helpful and they have truly gone above and beyond. We had to move here under incredibly troubling circumstances and it has been difficult set up accounts and get the ball rolling on multiple financial goals. Not only did they work all day to fix it they also looked up community resources for us. This bank is wonderful. They also really took the time to listen to us. That really mattered to us as well. I recommend this bank.”

“I've been a Wells Fargo banking customer for about 8 years (and have had their VISA credit card much longer), and I have always gotten good service online, by mail, and by telephone. This is my local branch and I've always gotten good service here too. Most commonly I drive through the ATM, but occasionally I'll use the drive-up windows or come inside. In-person service here has always been friendliy and efficient, and lines are usually short or none. One gotcha with Wells Fargo is that if you need anything unusual (that the teller can't provide), like opening an account or wiring money, you need to make an appointment to see a banker. Happily this is easy to do online.This is a tiny branch and they don't offer all services. For more unusual items, like Medallion signature guarantees or foreign currency purchases, I have to go to the Garden Center (Midway) branch in Broomfield. I've always gotten good service there too.”

“Last week I went in to the Louisville branch and worked with teller, Mirajane Chanthavong. She was awesome, patient, super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with all 3 transactions I had. I will seek her out the next time I visit that branch. That is not always my experience there with other tellers. So I really appreciated the experience.i give hey give5 stars to for her service!”

“Every time I've gone to Delco in Louisville Colorado, angry because either my car doesn't work, or my PIN number. I've realized each time that the issue was mine, or my error and not monitoring my account. And each time I've been greeted with nothing less than the friendliest courtesy, and the best customer service that one can expect. Sandra and Matthew in Louisville are a great example of what I mean. I was in and out in 17 minutes after closing and reopening another account and making a payment on a third. You can't beat that service.”
