“I really enjoyed my time at Eleanor recently bc I am not a big shopper and I get self conscious. I would rather have someone with styling experience help me curate my outfits and this shop was so great for that. Someone mentioned they had new ownership so I stopped in and the ladies were so kind and helpful. I feel like there are timeless staple pieces with some nice fashion items so theres a good selection to choose from. The jewelery is so gorgeous as well. And then even have small batch designed glasses that are super chic. All in all, a great gem over in Downtown Louisville.”

“Lots of things to find at a bargain price (dog beds, winter hats, exercise equipment), this is a great spot to go for Christmas presents! A little sad TJ Maxx took over Sierra Trading Post (acquired in 2012, rebranded to "Sierra" in 2018) because it used to be only outdoors stuff and felt like a mini REI. But I can see the appeal and will probably come back for various things.”

“I absolutely love Buckle! Their jeans are excellent quality and long lasting. Plus their team’s customer service is amazing. I went in today feeling hopeless because my favorite style isn’t being sold anymore. When I said something Annivette made it her mission that I leave that store with a pair of jeans that I felt comfortable in and loved! She not only helped me look through multiple pairs and styles but when I was starting to feel like giving up she reassured me there was something out there for me. Being a bigger girl it felt good when she didn’t give up on finding jeans for my body type (many other places will just recommend a plus size store). I’ll be coming back time and time again. “Overall, I’m pleased with the service here until I get to the person behind checkout. When trying to get you to get their credit card they continue talking about it after politely saying no thank you a few times and once they get the final no become rude after that. There’s no thank you have a nice day, nothing. That has been every checkout person every time I’ve been in. I get that they encourage their employees to do that and I’m sure they’re incentivized for it but when someone tells you no thank you several times you don’t have to be rude.”

My husband needed an assortment of clothes - things to wear to the office, things to wear out, but most importantly, things to wear to our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Bonobos relieved the anxiety of getting it all! Pretty much a one stop shop with great customer service.We thoroughly enjoyed the personal/concierge shopping experience. They measured for sizes to know what fit him, and then he was able to order what he wanted in a lot of colors and fun patterns! :) His selections arrived quickly, too!One cannot say online shopping is the better option because Bonobos takes the uncertainty out of whether or not those clothes will fit! “Not bad at all, the sale area was color coded and I loved that but there were too many articles of clothing on each section. I could barely get through everything and u just ended up getting overwhelmed and leaving. The staff was pretty friendly and other than the sale area the store it self was very clean and well organized. I realized that I've defintely aged out of forever 21 because almost everything is a crop top or some "piece" of clothing ???. The sale is the best though I got bike shorts for 2 dollars.”
