“I have been into the Boulder shop a couple times. Originally sized by Ryan and most recently helped by Kirby who fine tuned my options for a few additional items. I felt welcomed each time and appreciate the focus on sizing and fit for me. I dress pretty informally but appreciate a few nice add ons and think Bonobos fits are spot on for me. Appreciate them and will continue to shop with them in the future. They keep a good selection in the store for seeing the patterns, colors and textures but far more options as you shop directly online.”

“Placed an order for a t-shirt and once I received the confirmation, I realized I had ordered the incorrect size. I immediately sent them an email and got a response letting me know my order had been updated to reflect the size change needed. All done within fifteen minutes of the incorrect order being placed, without having to receive, return, and reorder to solve the issue. Phenomenal customer service, and I assume the product will be just as good.”

They were busy working and I asked them a question about a particular dress in a particular size and Charlene looked it up and said it was only available on line and she found the item number for me and then walked me though (which took some time!) how to order it correctly on line!! She was so nice and also very professional as was Susan! It is extremely rare to have this level of customer service anywhere! Thank you Charlene and Susan! Cathy H.”

“Unfortunately, a lot of the goods are poorly made. While the quality is still 50/50, almost half of the cotton T-shirts are sewn on the bias. However, you can sometimes find good clothes for babies here, and the jeans are of decent quality.”

“This location has amazing staff! I tried to order a certain Loungefly twice and it was canceled both times. We went to go pick up the part of my order that went through successfully, and I was telling the cashier how bummed I was. (Cinnamoroll is life!!!) So they told us to wait there at the register and after a couple of minutes, they came back with the exact backpack I tried to order! I was sooo excited! Thank you for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back to this location!”
“I went to the Macy's on 14535 Delaware Street Westminster CO and had an amazing experience. Kristine and Eva helped me in the women's clothing department. I believe it was Kristine who helped me find what I was looking for. I was looking for jeans, a specific brand. I was looking for Gloria Vanderbilt. I had bought a pair years ago and absolutely loved them. I have not been able to find them since. I was looking around and the sales associate asked me if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she said oh yes we have a whole section now and they are on sale. She took me over and showed me where they were located and was extemely helpful. When I checked out she asked for my phone number so that it would go to my rewards account. It has been a long time since I shopped at Macys and had forgotten all about the Star Rewards program. She was also very friendly, knowledgable, helpful, professional and nice. I ended up buying several pairs of jeans as there was such a good varity to choose from and the sale prices were fantastic. It was such a nice experience as many sales associates anymore are rude, unhelpful and well just very unprofessional. I will return to this Macy'a again because of Kristine and Eva. It was a pleasurable experience. I then went to the beauty products to look for Clinique. It had been a long time since I have purchased Clinique. Tiffani helped me. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her. She took me over to where the products were and was going to have someone who as at that counter help me. I told her I would rather have her help me because she was so nice and helpful. She then showed me the different packages that were available and explained what each one contained, what skin type they were for, the prices of each, etc. Again it was a very pleasant experience and I really enjoyed conversing with Tiffany as she is such a terrific sales associate. She also asked for my phone number when she checked me out. Again I will return to this Macy's because of Tiffany. These sales associates should all be reward for the outstanding jobs they do. Thank you Kristine, Eva and Tiffany.”
