“I was in another outdoors shop using a gift card, and mentioned to a staff member that my Arc'teryx was getting worn out, he told me to pop into their branch down the street and talk to them, especially as they have a wash and repair facility. In fact, Emmie (sp?) was outstanding. She knew what the jacket was, even though it was made years ago. She knew the materials and could diagnose a flaw. She checked it over and could see where there was failure of the materials, and where there was not wear. I was immensely impressed by the professionalism, skill and knowledge. She also found a solution for my jacket. We talked about our favourite gear, she found everything I wanted. I love the brand anyway, but this was too notch customer care. And I say that as someone from a country other than the USA, where we tend to be more restrained in our praise...”

“Love urban outfitters and especially the Pearl street location. It's always nice to go into the store and see what you find. Sale section is awesome especially around the holidays and associates are always nice. The fitting rooms aren't the cleanest though and I kind of hate going in there. I still prefer online because of the bigger selection but this store is pretty big so they do sell a lot of the products.”
